Cleaners and Air Fresheners

What to do with household cleaners and air fresheners

Kitchen and bathroom cleaners and air fresheners are accepted by your local household hazardous waste program. Empty aerosol cans can be recycled curbside or at a recycling center.

Before recycling, be sure they’re completely empty (make no “hiss” sound) and discard removable plastic caps.
