What to do with receipts
Tissue paper such as paper towels, facial tissues, and gift tissue paper is not recyclable because the paper fibers are too small to be recycled again. Reuse gift tissue paper as many times as possible. As long as paper towels and facial tissues don’t contain anything hazardous or contagious, they can be composted in your backyard compost bin.
