Both Kansas and Missouri classify any hazardous waste not generated by a household as business hazardous waste. Under this classification, businesses include but are not limited to churches, government, non-profits, rental properties, schools and all for-profit businesses.
Businesses are prohibited from using household hazardous waste facilities and must contract with a private vendor for disposal. If you have business hazardous waste to dispose of, contact any of the following private vendors.
