Recycling cans, paper, cardboard, plastic containers and glass is free to all residents in the Kansas City metro area (you do not have to live in Olathe).
Does not pay for any items accepted.
Glass - No TVs, mirrors, light bulbs, windshields/safety glass, fiberglass, or these glass-like items: ceramic, china, porcelain, milk glass, Pyrex, Corningware, Corelle.
Holiday trees - Natural trees and greenery only. Remove lights, decorations, plastic bags, and stands.
Yard waste - Yard waste accepted from Olathe residents only.
